Complaints
We welcome comments that will help us improve our service. If you have a comment or complaint, you can telephone our main number, write to us or email nick.nicholas@nicholassolicitors.com. If your complaint relates to Nick Nicholas you can email or write to gwen.philippou@nicholassolicitors.com and she will arrange for another Partner to investigate it. Any complaint will be investigated by Nick Nicholas or another Partner. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide you with a full response within 14 days after the acknowledgement. Our full complaints procedure is available upon request.
You can also complain to the Legal Ombudsman. The Ombudsman will usually expect you to give us an opportunity to resolve your complaint ourselves before they will investigate. You must send your complaint to the Ombudsman within six months of receiving our final decision, and no more than 1 year from the date of the act/omission being complained about or the date you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
