Batsheba Seruya
Senior Associate
Batsheba trained and qualified at a specialist litigation firm in London and joined Nicholas & Co in May 2019. She is a senior associate solicitor in our litigation department.
Her key areas of specialism are civil and commercial litigation, property litigation and property related disputes. She receives instructions from clients with disputes relating to contracts, ownership of property, professional negligence and inheritance claims.
Batsheba's analytical approach enables her to identify legal issues and resolve disputes. Where resolution cannot be achieved, Batsheba guides her clients through the court and the tribunal process including trial.
Outside of work Batsheba enjoys travelling, rowing and getting involved in charity work including fundraisers.
