Constantinos (Costas) qualified as a solicitor in May 2005 and joined us in January 2012 having worked for a law firm based in Primrose Hill, London, for over 8 years. He became a Partner at Nicholas and Co in 2018.

He specialises in various aspects of residential and commercial property and handles complex transactions as a matter of course.

Completion of the purchase of a building in North London with part HMO use for £1.275M

Sale of a care home business, including the grant of a new lease, with escalating rent reaching £144,000 per year, and an option to acquire the freehold at £3.47M.

£6.9M Refinancing of a client's exciting new development in East London.

Successful and extensive negotiations to complete on a lease for a landlord client, which included rights for the landlord to carry out major structural works to the entire building, and where planning was obtained to part-convert for residential use above, while retaining the tenanted bar/club below.

Exchange of an Agreement for a Lease, acting for the Landlord/Seller with pre-emption rights for the Tenant/Buyer with a rental value of £142,500 per year and a sale price of £3.8M subject to contract, located in W1.

Costas is currently working on the sale of houses and flats in a new London development with a Gross Development Value of around £10-£12M.

  • Acquiring plots of land for development and then dealing with the legal sale packs on the sale of the individual units.
  • Acquiring land for clients to be sold either on a subject to planning permission basis or once the planning is in place.

Costas enjoys a close working relationship with all of his clients and believes this is one of the most important aspects of achieving a successful outcome. In his spare time he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, cooking, eating out, watching football and getting in a round of golf when he can.
