John Chart has been a Solicitor for a very long time and there are not many scenarios he has not seen before. A Partner in his own firms until joining Nicholas & Co, he has served his clients across Commercial property; Landlord and tenant investment transactions; portfolio management and also leasehold enfranchisement.
John works mostly at the Finchley Office.
John's interests include Numismatics (look it up!), classical music, choral singing, country walking, study of religious texts and Arsenal FC.
