Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Nicholas & Co in 2023, subsequently becoming a Partner in our Real Estate Team.

He specialises in both residential and commercial conveyancing dealing with both leasehold and freehold transactions, lease extensions, transfers of equity and re-finance.

He has a wide variety of clients from first-time buyers to companies with large property portfolios. 

Out of the office Kevin enjoys tennis and the gym.
