Marios Minaides ran his own successful solicitors’ firm for many years, principally from offices in Chancery Lane and Fleet Street in London, before merging with Nicholas & Co. He deals with a broad spectrum of work ranging from commercial litigation, debt collection, landlord and tenant disputes and possession to residential and commercial conveyancing, extension of residential leases, commercial lease renewals, insolvency (both bankruptcy and Winding Up Petitions), advice on employment law issues - principally issues relating to redundancy and unfair dismissal. He also deals with the purchase of small to medium size businesses and the purchase of business assets.

RAJA V. NICHOLAS VAN HOOGSTRATEN (AND OTHERS). Peter Smith J. – Strike out- summary judgment;
CHORARIA V. SETHIA – Court of Appeal- abuse of process- strike out for delay;
LANGFORD V. ROYAL GENERAL INSURANCE - Line of sight – Attending on insured items;
SETHIA LONDON LTD - a case involving Letters of credit/ interpretation and enforcement;
