Nick heads the commercial real estate department.
Nick’s main area of practice is Property Development and Mixed Used Developments, Investment Acquisitions and Disposals. He also has considerable experience with commercial leases.
Nick has worked for over 20 years in property, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, option agreements and overage agreements.
Recent transactions Nick has handled include:
- Purchase of a site in Nottingham, comprising various sellers with their individual solicitors, including the Freeholds of 96 leases, for £10.5m - March 2022
- Purchase of various properties for a development site in London with a GDV of £120 million – February 2022
- Sale of a site in Basildon with planning consent for £6.25 million - February 2022
- Purchase and subsale of a site in London for £7 million – February 2022
- Sale of a property in Nottingham with planning for student accommodation £6.1 million - January 2022
- Lease for a tenant at an annual rent £590k per annum - December 2021
- Securing overage for a client in excess of £2.7m - November 2021
- Purchase of a site for £3.1 million - October 2021
