Lasting Power of Attorney
Having a Lasting Power of Attorney is as important as having a Will.
What happens to your business or your personal matters if you have a serious accident, disability or illness and cannot sign documents? Your partner may require access to your bank account to pay crucial bills. Your business partner may have to make urgent decisions that they cannot act on without a Power of Attorney.
If you could not make decisions about your care and have not registered Lasting Power of Attorney to deal with your health, it is possible that those decisions could be made by people who do not know your wishes and perhaps do not know you at all.
We will help you ensure that your intentions are set out clearly and that the people you choose have the power to act on them.
