Breach of Tenancy Agreement

If a clause in a tenancy agreement has been breached, a landlord or tenant can apply to enforce it. This may include:

  • Disrepair by the landlord or tenant
  • Rent arrears on behalf of the tenant

Depending on the severity of the breach, it is possible that your landlord may seek to evict you from their property and, if successful, your tenancy will be terminated. We have extensive experience when acting for landlords and tenants on the various different types of issues that can arise when there is a breach of a tenancy agreement.
