Having joined Nicholas & Co in her early 20's, Gwen then left to experience the administrative aspect of a variety of settings, from manufacturing, through headhunting, film distribution, sports and entertainment management, higher education and local government. She returned to Nicholas & Co decades later, to put this experience of the wider world to use in running the "non-legal-advice" side of our business. She still laughs that we told her it only needed part time cover.
The little time we allow her away from work she likes to spend with her three rescue dogs, trying to persuade her husband they need more animals, looking after her granddaughter and studying genealogy.
