Hiba Bouhlani is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial team.
Hiba advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in asset and share sales and purchases. She also has a breadth of experience in the hospitality and healthcare sector and supported many a SME to bring their business dreams to fruition. She also assists companies with their day-to-day legal needs, including contract drafting and general company law matters.
During her training contract, Hiba completed seats in corporate and commercial, real estate, banking and dispute resolution, giving her a strong foundation across the key practice areas that underpin her work.
