Jaina Parekh

Jaina joined Nicholas & Co in 2024 from a respected Birmingham law firm where she gained experience in various disputes including property litigation and contentious probate. She is now based in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team where she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and is now well on her way to obtaining full Litigation practice rights.
Jaina has experience in advising on a wide range of residential and commercial disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, possession claims, eviction notices, rent arrears, and boundary disputes. She is happy to guide clients through these often complex situations with clarity and care.
Outside of work, Jaina loves hosting family and friends, and unwinding with a good rom-com.
