Kay Davison
Associate
Kay trained in Bristol and qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2017 before moving to London and cross qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. She is now an associate solicitor in our litigation department.
Her key specialism is property litigation, in particular commercial property dealing with disputes between landlord and tenants, telecoms, dilapidations, business lease renewals, forfeiture and waiver.
Kay’s commercial approach means she provides advice not only on the law, but also the best way to approach situations and settle disputes. Kay has experience of both the court and the tribunal systems including various hearings and trials.
Outside of work Kay loves travelling the globe in particular lesser-visited counties such as Iraq, Yemen, Uzbekistan and Myanmar. She also enjoys reading, attending the theatre and watching her beloved West Ham.
