Matt Jackson
Director (known as Partner)
Matt is a partner in the commercial and corporate department.
His primary practice area is in the software and technology sector, but his specialisms also cover a broad range of legal topics, including:
- Data protection
- Distribution
- Agency
- Regulatory
- Share restructures
- Share issues
- Company sales and acquisition
Matt has a particular expertise in guiding owner-managed businesses through the various legal matters they face as they grow, often finding practical solutions to the issues he’s asked to advise on. Many clients see Matt as an extension of their own business.
Outside of work Matt has a very busy life, primarily spending time with his young family, and walking the dog around the countryside (often taking the time to enjoy the produce on offer at his local pub). He's also been known to play some very questionable golf, do a bit of running, and play the guitar when time allows!
