Spire Technology Group is an IT service provider and long-term client on Nicholas and Co. Spire Technology Group recently won a contract with a well-known high street retail client. The scope of the contract is to replace the fibre connection in over 500 of their stores, including concession stores within a major supermarket chain.
It is a complex project, that involves guaranteeing there will be no downtime for the brand’s point-of-sale within all 500 stores as the new fibre connection is rolled out.
Spire Technology Group came to us for support with the initial contracts and to negotiate with the retailer. The retailer wanted to make some adjustments to Spire Technology Group’s agreement, and our client wanted to make sure these were fair for both sides.
